Return & Refund Policy

At uniquefootwearq Solutions, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been prepared for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only. Any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with local regulations. For items purchased during promotional periods, the refund amount will reflect any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the transaction hasn't been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and payment information. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where the refund was sent but not received, we may require additional verification from your financial institution before resubmitting the refund.
